Reservations
What are the arrival and departure times?
Rooms are guaranteed for 4:00 pm. However, you can arrive earlier to enjoy our facilities. Check out time is 11:00 am, but you still have access to the site for the rest of the day.
How much does a late check out cost?
- $25 + tax per hour after 11:00 am;
- Note that this service is subject to availability the same day.
What is the cancellation policy of the hotel?
- To cancel without charge, you must call us 48 hours before the date of your arrival;
- For our packages, the cancellation policy is 72 hours before the date of your arrival;
- For our special offers, they are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable;
- For group and meeting room bookings, the cancellation policy is 30 days before the date of your arrival;
- For Christmas Holidays and Ironman events, the cancellation policy is 15 days before the date of your arrival.
How can I change my booking?
At any time, you can contact us to change your reservation, either by phone at 819.429.6000 or by email at: info@axhotel.ca
When do we have to pay for our stay?
When you arrive, we will ask you to pay the cost of your stay either by credit card, debit card or in cash (with the exception of prepaid offers).
Can I pay for my reservation without a credit card?
Upon reservation, the credit card is required. If you want to pay cash, it is possible. You will only have to pay the entire stay and leave a cash deposit of $200 that we will refund on departure if you have no expenses additional.
How can I stay informed about all your promotions?

How do I know when my room will be ready for check-in?
By pre-registering online, you will receive a text and email when your room is ready on the day of your arrival. When pre-registering, the security deposit of $200 is included in the total amount.

What facilities does the relaxation area offer?
The relaxation area is composed of a 4-season heated outdoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a cold waterfall, an outdoor fireplace and relaxation areas.
What are the opening hours of the relaxation area?
The relaxation area is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (17 years old and under) and from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm (18 years and older).
Are towels and bathrobes included with my reservation?
We provide towels to all our guests (that have a reservation). For the bathrobes, you can get them on site: $39.99 + taxes each bathrobe.
Is the Finnish sauna accessible to children?
The Finnish sauna is reserved for ages 16 and over.
Can I have access to outdoor facilities without having a reservation?
Yes, you can have access to our facilities without having to make a reservation:
- Daily access at $15 plus taxes/person including one drink at Les Sans Filtres Coffee-Bar
- Montlhy access at $49 plustaxes/person

What are the opening hours of the Coffee-Bar?
- Every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (depending on occupancy)
How much does breakfast cost?
- Breakfast is $17 + taxes per person
What time is breakfast served?
- Everyday from 7:oo am to 11:00 am
Is it necessary to book?
You do not need to book.

Do you have a gym?
A 24-hour gym center is accessible. It is reserved for ages 16 and over. Access is included with daily or monthly passes for our facilities.
Are there places where you can smoke?
All public areas, as well as rooms, are non-smoking.
Do you offer Internet access?
A Wi-Fi Internet network is offered free of charge and is accessible throughout the site.
Is parking free?
Parking is free for all our guests.
Do you have electric charging stations?
We have 3 Tesla terminals available on the site (adaptor available for other types of electric vehicules).
