To get started, visitors arrive at the foot of the Flying Mile lift, which will take them up to mid-mountain and on to the trailhead. At the start of the trail, a few uphill steps are followed by a gentle downhill slope that winds through woods and crosses streams and clearings. The average duration of the experience is one hour.
